ReachEverywhere's Notify! is a facility for automating communication with enterprise customers and/or employees. It delivers critical information to your customers how they want it, when they need it, be that via email, their mobile phone, or other channels like pagers or fax.

Notify! is used to:

• build brand awareness programs that reach people, not places
• deliver critical information to employees and customers
• reduce call volumes by providing information proactively
• compress project execution
• deliver real time critical email to phones
• enhance customer service applications
• implement any bulk SMS program

The facility lets you:

• Signup contacts from the web. Contacts can signup on the Web via an interface customized to your needs. Notify validates contacts against one or more of your database systems and tracks which systems they can receive data from.
• Publish content on a scheduled or programmatic basis. Notify schedules and executes any number of queries against corporate data sources, looking for information to send to users. Alternatively Notify can operate off unscheduled events like database triggers or publications sent for distribution.
• Deliver messages via multiple channels. Notify utilizes both guaranteed and non-guaranteed delivery channels to deliver the cheapest solution for a given transaction type.

Notify! is an example of the integration of MSGit, our mobile messaging technology, with the MIP, our integration platform. It provides easy distribution and easy access to corporate data.
